Falling Hair/ Hairloss prevention

Many people are suffering from hairloss including me so that made me do a research on how can I stop the hair loss naturally without any medications...This is what I learned....Hairloos is caused by heat in your body,  and lot of tension/Stress...This remedy will make your body cool and your anxiety/strees level will come down as well.

  • Stop spicy food, no pickles or fermented food and a big no no fried or deep fried food
  • Drink milk atleast 1-2 times a day
Rice, sorghum, finger millet, bottle gourd, pointed gourd, zucchini have cooling properties so increase intake of these food that will reduce “pitta” in your body

Take 4-5 Figs, 2 spoonfuls of Sesame seeds, 5 almonds, 1 spoon saunf/fennel seeds, 3 cardamoms– soak all of these for 3-4 hours and  after 3-4 hours make a milk shake and add 1/4 spoon of clarified butter (Ghee) to the drink and drink it twice a day, first thing in the morning  (so make ahabit of soaking this night before)empty stomach and at 5 O'clock in the afternoon.

Try this receipe for minimum of 5-6 months and it will make your body cool and if you're under 30-40 years of age, new heads will start growing and hairfall will completely stop.
