How to increase your Metabolism and convert your fat into muscle
a. 1 spoon cumin seed powder
b. 1 spoon curry leaves powder
c. 1 pinch of hing/asphotedia
d. 1/4 spoon ajwain/carom seed powder
Mix all of these items and drink it with 1/2 glass of water - 3 times a day....and
Exercise...Exercise atleast 30-40 mins a day on a regular basis
